Yes it is. When booking a session you can select specific topics. You can also contact me to let me know which topic(s) you wish to be tutored on. Only one topic can be tutored per session in order to ensure a high quality of tutoring.

Additional tutoring can be booked (in bundles or as a single session). Also topics requested can be changed and additional tuition for a topic previously given can be given at a later session.

A small amount of homework will be giving for science tutoring on specific topics. This homework will be based on past exam questions and be corrected by me

In order to ensure high quality, individualised tutoring, only one topic will be covered per Science Tutoring Session.

At least 24 hours before each session, students need to send on copies of the homework (from previous tutoring session) for correction, highlight any areas in the topic that they are struggling to understand, and ensured they are prepared for the session (i.e. have a working computer / tablet, with wi-fi / camera / audio and notebook / pen).

No. Recordings of sessions are not available.

This depends on the number of sessions booked. It can include the following: discussion of the planned project, learning objectives for the subject CBA project, grading criteria, suggested processes to follow, notes, review of projects with suggested areas to improve.

The following subjects can be supported for Classroom Based Assessments; English, Maths, French, History, Geography, Science, Business Studies, Religion, Home Economics and Classical Studies

At least 24 hours before each session, students need to send me a copy of their project, including a brief description of what they did since the last session, what they plan to do next and what challenges are they facing.

No. I provide the roadmap for success, requirement breakdown and improvement suggestions (dependent on the number of sessions booked per subject). The students produce the work.

I can provide support by suggesting improvements to layout, clarity, visuals, and oral presenting skills.

The minimum. number of sessions is 1 per subject (to get an overview of what is needed, and how best to achieve your top marks). Three sessions are recommended (overview of what is needed, how to optimise your grade, suggestions on how to improve your project and a final review in terms of layout / presentation etc. Additional sessions can be scheduled with the price dependent on the number of additional sessions required.

Students will receive topic notes on a session-by-session basis. If students and/or parents have concerns they should contact me directly so these can be addressed. Parents will be notified if students do not attend sessions and fail to cancel (and reschedule) before the 24-hour notice period. Parents will also be notified if multiple reschedulings take place.

Yes. As all tutoring is provided online, as long as students have internet access and a computer, online tutoring can be provided across Ireland as requested (based on availability).

Cancellations can take place at any time. Refunds or rescheduling of a session can occur if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice then a refund will not be given. Parents will always be notified of requests for refunds.
