•Please be aware that the student/parent must not distribute the notes etc to anyone else. These remain the property of Scholars Tuition. If there is evidence of sharing of these notes, there will be an additional cost (based on cost of 1 session).

•I will provide the best possible tutoring service, but I cannot guarantee specific exam results. Tutoring is provided as educational support only.

•I am not responsible for technical issues beyond my control (internet outages, platform errors).

•Sessions must be booked in advance via [Booking Tool/Contact Form].

•Payment is due at the time of booking (or as agreed for packages).

•Prices are listed clearly on the Pricing Page.

•Payments are processed securely through approved online payment platforms.

•Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Revolut, Bank Transfer.

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is:

•More than 24 hours’ notice → full refund or free reschedule.

•Less than 24 hours’ notice → full fee may be charged.

•No-shows (failure to attend without notice) → non-refundable.

•Tutor cancellations → full refund or free reschedule.

•Refunds (where applicable) are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

•Deliver professional, supportive, and exam-focused tutoring.

•Provide resources such as exam questions, revision notes, and project guidance.

•Maintain confidentiality of all student data in line with Privacy Policy and GDPR.

•Students must have a stable internet connection, email address, webcam, microphone and access to Google Meet.

•Students should bring required materials (notes, exam papers, coursework briefs).

•Students need to email me at least 24 hours in advance to (1) reschedule a session or (2) let me know if there are certain areas in the topic to be covered that they have problems with / have questions they would like to answer.

•Students are expected to attend on time: lateness may reduce the duration of the session

•Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

•The materials supplied are not to be distributed to other individuals / groups.

•These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
